Anthony is the best! Prior to meeting Anthony, I had virtually zero experience with strength training (or going to a gym, for that matter). He is friendly, attentive, patient, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. Not once have I ever felt self conscious while working with him. He is definitely one of the most down-to-earth people I have ever met! One of the things I appreciate the most about Anthony is that he clearly explains the purpose of each routine. In a few short weeks, he has provided me with the tools and confidence to walk into a gym and workout without feeling intimidated. I have been working with Anthony for the past 2 Months, and I must say, that he is awesome!! He really pushes you to stay on track to achieve your goals. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 2 personal trainer certifications, ACE and NCSF. I read daily on fitness and nutrition. I stay up to date on the newest trends in the industry and do my best to continually evolve my programs to stay in line with what is working best for my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I grew up around the gym and fitness as my parents owned a gym and health food store. After some years out in the corporate world as an Investment Analyst I decided to venture out on my own doing something I have real passion for and I've never looked back.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Primarily clients looking to drop body fat and gain lean muscle. I also work with seniors on balance, flexibility, and strength training.
