- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Echelon Valley Construction Group we believe pricing should never be a surprise. Every project begins with a thorough consultation and a detailed written estimate that outlines exactly what is included before any work begins. Our pricing reflects the quality of materials, the expertise of our crew, and the commitment we bring to every project. We do not cut corners to win a bid and we do not add hidden fees after the fact. What we quote is what you pay unless a change in project scope is agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is built around you. It starts with a conversation where we listen to what you want, assess the project in person, and give you a clear and honest picture of what it will take to get there. We put everything in writing before work begins so there are no grey areas. During construction you hear from us regularly and have direct access to our team at every stage. We finish every project with a final walkthrough to make sure every detail meets the standard we promised.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Echelon Valley Construction Group is fully licensed through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for both residential and commercial general contracting. Combined with nearly a decade of hands on construction experience across projects throughout Arizona, we bring the training, credentials, and field expertise our clients deserve.
