We had five bids on our sanctuary renovations. Instate was thorough, responsive, and competitive. We've just about completed the project and were very happy with their work, timing and professionalism.

I can't say enough about their professionalism, follow-through, and timeliness in getting our project completed ahead of schedule. We contracted INSTATE Construction to remodel our primary, second and powder bathroom. I'm so incredibly happy with our our bathrooms and now they turned out and the quality provided. I would highly recommend doing business with INSTATE Construction as we are totally happy with our remodel and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.
