- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 an hour depending on the distance I have to travel. I give a 10% discount to veterans. I am generally booked about a week in advance and so sometimes have to turn down requests because I am already booked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it's a small job, I'll come and look at the job and then gather the materials and do the project right then. If it's larger, I'll come look at the job, then come back at an agreed upon time to work on it/complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have remodeled many houses doing most of the work myself. I would typically hire an electrician or plumber for major projects, but would do it myself if it was minor.
