- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services are flat rate pricing. We are somewhat flexible with our pricing so if you feel a quote is too expensive just let us know!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Call or text us to discuss the project. Step 2: Review your estimate or set up an onsite estimate. Step 3: Schedule the project. Step 4: After the work is completed, we clean the work area and show the work to you for approval. Step 5. Pay your invoice. Step 6: Provide us with feedback if you'd like. We want to improve!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education and training in home repairs comes from experience and others sharing their knowledge. I have also taken manufacturer training from Kohler, Navien, Toto and more!
