Hi, I am Anastasiya. I’m a certified Integrative Health Practitioner.
It all started when I decided that enough was enough and I was ready to loose weight. This is when I realized that everything I knew about loosing weight and healthy life style is not actually the truth, but the result of marketing I was exposed my entire life. Since then I helped many clients understand that choosing healthy is different than being fit/bulky/lean etc. Healthy is always a priority!
