- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing, we have discounts and referral's available. We offer large discount's on recurring clean's.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call/text you and ask you a few questions about what type of cleaning you are looking for. We send over a quote and then get you on the schedule. Once the job is complete to your satisfaction, we send an invoice to pay with credit card or a debit card.
