- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will reflect frequency, square footage and overall size of the home as well as level of need required for the home. When searching, higher frequency cleanings are much more expensive through the app to make contact with you. Start at just once and we can establish an ongoing schedule from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making the initial contact with introduction, pricing, and availability. We like to discuss the needs and/or concerns of each client up front so the full scope of the job is understood. Photos can be useful when ascertaining time needed for completion and estimated cost. Once agreed upon, we can set up the most convenient time to conduct the first cleaning. Contact information will always be provided for clients to communicate with ease throughout the process. Once the service is completed, follow-up will be provided to ensure satisfaction or address any concerns. Several convenient payment methods are made available for clients to utilize once satisfaction is met.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your expectations and needs match what the professional is willing to do. Be wary of low quotes that seem too good to be true. You will most likely end up paying for sub par work.
