We own a property near the GCU campus and needed a quick turn. A little nerve-wracking being remote and all. Found Jaden at Authentic Property Solutions after he was referred in a Facebook group of local investors. Jaden was responsive, professional, affordable, and quick! We talked through the bid while he was at the property on Facetime and he sent me progress pics and final pics. Great communication throughout the process. I am so glad I found him. Highly recommend!
