• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Pricing is based on the scope and requirements of each project. Smaller repairs and service work may be priced hourly or at a fixed rate, while remodeling and larger home improvement projects are quoted individually after reviewing the scope of work. You’ll receive clear pricing before work begins, and any changes or additional work will be discussed and approved in advance. Materials may be included in the estimate or billed separately depending on the project. Credit cards, Venmo and Zelle are accepted. Financing may also be available for qualifying projects.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  My goal is to make the process simple and stress-free from start to finish. It begins with a conversation about your project, either through photos, a phone call, or an on-site visit if needed. Once I understand the scope of work, I'll provide an estimate or explain my hourly pricing. After you approve the work, we'll schedule a convenient appointment. I arrive on time, fully equipped with professional tools, and keep you informed throughout the job. If any unexpected issues arise, I'll discuss them with you before proceeding so there are no surprises. Once the work is complete, I clean up the work area, walk you through the finished project, and make sure you're completely satisfied before I leave. My focus is quality workmanship, honest communication, and treating every home as if it were my own. This reflects the reputation you've built with 300+ five-star reviews and reinforces the professionalism that helps you stand out from many handyman services.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I bring more than 25 years of hands-on construction, remodeling, repair, and project management experience in both residential and commercial environments. My experience includes residential renovations, home improvements, repairs, installations, and multiple commercial restaurant build-outs. Maverick Home Solutions LLC is an Arizona licensed, bonded and insured residential contractor — AZ ROC 368280. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Business, combining hands-on construction experience with professional project planning, communication, and business management.
