We hired Chris to hang all of our pictures in our new home including hanging a collection of albums over our bed which we were dreading doing. Chris was amazing & very precise. He definitely knows what he is doing. Before he left he even helped my husband fix our grill. I will hire him for my next project.

Chris did a total remodel of my condo. He made sure everything was done right and went over things several times if they weren't. Worked morning till night most days and was very efficient. Did everything from insulation, drywall, texture, paint, floorboards, vanities, sinks, to kitchen cabinet Installation. He went above and beyond what he was hired to do!!!

I hired Maverick Home Solutions to help repaint a living room and stairwell in our condo rental. Chris assigned Mack to do the work, and the speed and quality in which the work was done was incredible. In addition to painting Mack helped with some electrical and plumbing work. I was so impressed with their work that I had Maverick Home Solutions come back the next day and paint the master and guest bedrooms.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard handyman rate is $125 per hour with no trip charges. Most repairs and installations are billed hourly, and I'll always discuss the scope of work with you before getting started.
Painting projects are priced individually based on the size of the project, preparation required, number of coats, and materials. I'll provide a detailed estimate once I have more information about your project.
There are no hidden fees, and you'll always know the cost before work begins. Financing is available, and I accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make the process simple and stress-free from start to finish.
It begins with a conversation about your project, either through photos, a phone call, or an on-site visit if needed. Once I understand the scope of work, I'll provide an estimate or explain my hourly pricing.
After you approve the work, we'll schedule a convenient appointment. I arrive on time, fully equipped with professional tools, and keep you informed throughout the job. If any unexpected issues arise, I'll discuss them with you before proceeding so there are no surprises.
Once the work is complete, I clean up the work area, walk you through the finished project, and make sure you're completely satisfied before I leave.
My focus is quality workmanship, honest communication, and treating every home as if it were my own.
