John H. says, "Nawres of Seagull Marine LLC was the individual that reached out to me help resolve my issue. He drove from Tempe to Glendale to pickup my computer and take it back to his shop. He contacted me later in the afternoon to inform me he had to order some special parts and they would be in the next day. His initial fee to look at the computer. The next day he called to inform me the info on my 3 hardrives were unreadable and would bring the computer back at my convenience. He arrived the next morning with the computer and 2 nickels that he found inside the computer. (Grandkids treating it like it was a bank) Anyways in my discussion with Nawres he provided me with his abbreviated work history. He asked how important was the info on the hard-drive I was in the process of writing a book and the hard-drives contained 13 years of data that I would need. He provided me contact that might be able to help me. I thanked him and asked him how much I owed him and he charged me nothing. As a retired firefighter I was in the customer service business. Nawres provided the customer service I retired 14 years ago. He kept me informed about his process, he was punctual, he was very knowledgeable his craft and provided me options to resolve my issue. If you need your have computer problem, my advice is to call Nawres Sarray of Seagull Marine LLC, should be your call, even before you call the Geek Squad. He used to manage a Geek Squad."See more
