I just recently started Pilates with Courtney and it’s a game changer! I’ve dealt with hip and other bodily problems for a very long time from my profession and I’m finally starting to find some relief! Everyone really should try Pilates to realign and heal the body. Courtney is very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk you through everything so you know what you’re doing and how you will benefit from it. Even though you may not know it now, it’s what you need! I’m looking forward to the progress I’ll continue to make 😊

Courtney is excellent! She really pays attention to the details I’ve lifted on and off for a few years and one training session with her (with bands/no weight) had me dripping sweat. Not only that but she quickly adjusted my posture and helped me isolate the muscles I needed to work out. Not to mention she really knows what she’s talking about a simple turn of the wrist or point of a toe works on muscles I didn’t know I had. She’s amazing and I bet anyone would get a complete workout in just one session with her.
