Introduction: My work stands out because I base my training sessions on your own individual fitness goals and levels. The workouts are designed to push you to your best ability. Doing so in a group setting makes keeps the workouts challenging because you have others to help push in addition to myself! I love this job because I can help people really make a change in their lives! It really is a great feeling to see your clients transform in front of your eyes. Being able to help those who need just a little guidance to get healthy is very rewarding.

I started training with Nadine at the beginning of February, after not having worked out continually for a couple of years. I have continued to train with her and could not be more excited with my results. I started to see definition in my leg muscles in two weeks and it has only continued to progress. I can't wait to see how much better it can get. Nadine is really good at gauging what her clients are capable of and pushing them to be a better version of herself. She has not only helped me with fitness, but also with my diet. As a person, she has some of the best energy of anyone I've ever been around and makes working out less about work, and more about enjoying the body we live in. No matter what personal goals you are trying to achieve, I'm sure she can help you meet them.

Nadine is the best! I'm so happy I finally took the plunge and committed to personal training. I'm super stoked I chose Nadine to whip my butt into shape! The training facility it's self is awesome, and the location is extremely easy to find and get to. I loved everything about it so much so that I plan on being there 3 times a week!

Nadine is an amazing personal trainer. She has such a diverse array of workouts that you never get bored, and she also has a genuine interest in your success which is such a great motivator. My personal gains and losses have been so astronomical after 3 months with her, I can't wait to see where it goes from here! If you are not happy with your figure or performance and you live around Tempe, this is your best choice by far.

Nadine is THE BEST. I just recently started training with her and I look forward to going to every session. She makes working out fun and challenges you. She is available 6 days a week at pretty flexible times. Highly suggest trying a session with her!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am NASM certified with a specialization in Corrective Exercises.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    When I graduated college, I had become practically inactive and acquired really bad eating habits. It wasn't until I was trying on bathing suits in a dressing room when I realized how much weight I had gained. It was at that moment I decided to make that change back to the active and healthy lifestyle I once had in high school. I knew she could not do this alone, so I hired my first personal trainer to guide and motivate me. Over time my energy levels and confidence increased and it became a lifestyle. I credit my success to my first personal trainer and as a result decided to become one myself! .

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    My advice is to try out more than one trainer. There are so many trainers with different styles of training. When you are new to the fitness world, you think that anything that gets you to sweat must be a good workout, but that's not necessarily the case. With the right trainer, you would be amazed how much more enjoyable exercise can be!
