- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching packages include access to my app, where you can find your custom workout plan with instructional exercise videos, nutrition guidance tailored to you and your goals, daily tasks, habit tracking, a place to record your progress, and more! You will also have access to me via text whenever you need support, so you never feel lost or alone on your journey. I offer coaching packages that include live personal training sessions and an option that does not. Personal training sessions can take place in the privacy of your own home, virtually, or at the Hive Fit Club— Scottsdale’s premier fitness & wellness club. Please note that a travel fee will be added for in-home training sessions. Because real results take time, coaching is sold with a 3 month commitment on all packages. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My objective is to get you to your dream body as safely and as efficiently as possible. This process begins with your consultation, where I take the time to understand your goals, your history, and your unique needs. Your consultation also includes an assessment of your posture and mobility, which allows me to carefully curate the most optimal exercise plan for you. I match that plan with nutrition guidance that emphasizes sustainability and balance. Your plan only works if you can follow it. What distinguishes me as a coach is the attention I put into helping you break free from self-sabotage and develop the habits & mindset needed for lasting success. The relationship between client and coach can make or break your progress. I take pride in truly connecting with my clients to deliver value based on their needs— whether that be technical guidance on exercises, support with emotional eating, healthy habit formation, and more! Online coaching clients can find their workouts with instructional videos, nutrition guidance, daily tasks, and progress tracking in my app. Online clients meet with me virtually weekly. Both in person and online clients have access to me via text whenever they need support or guidance.

I'm a Master Fitness Trainer and a certified Nutritionist with additional certifications in Biomechanics, Corrective Exercise, and Appreciative Inquiry (a strengths-based system for creating positive change that lasts).
