HORRIBLE! 0 STARS
I talked to the company on phone for over 30 minutes about our pets over a week ago, , they said all were fine. Filled out the onlne forms. They approved the pet sitting and sent me my confirmation/approved. Then,They came to my home and TOOK 2 house keys! Ran my Credit card! then the next day I get a phone call from the an employee, Cancelling! and then were so UNPROFESSIONAL and made lies(owner is in the hospital, cant speak to you, When I questioned WHY and where are your Policies?) and that I wanted to speak to the owner, who the employee blamed for cancelling our reservation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I see they have gotten other BAD review(see 12/24/2013 by AA) no wonder! SO NOW THEY HAVE MY 2 HOUSE KEYS, AND MY CREDIT CARD INFO! What kind of company does that? A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ONE! this surely reflects upon the owner and how she manages her business.
