- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work very hard to keep our fees affordable. Our fee typically totals less than 1% of the list price for vacant homes, and much less for occupied/furnished homes. Homeowners are beginning to recognize what statistics have shown for years- that staged homes sell faster and at the top possible price. It is important to include a budget for staging, as it has been proven to be an integral part of selling your home. Make sure you hire a company that has experience in knowing how much or how little staging a home needs to sell.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will either physically go to the property or work from photographs to offer a proposal. Once the client is satisfied with the terms, we schedule the staging date. Most of our stagings are accomplished in one day. Directly after we finish staging, the agent/homeowners photographer will come in to photograph for the agents online marketing.

25 years of staging experience
