Donna helped me surprise my Mom with a home massage for a belated Mother's Day gift. She is such a sweetheart and very professional! My Mom felt very comfortable and raved about the experience. Donna even brought mood music! She did an awesome job and we can't wait to have her back :)

Donna and her associate Brandi were great! They arrived on time, set up, cleaned up ard were totally professional. My daughter ( a D1 athlete with lots of tight muscles) and her friend were thrilled with their massages!! Will definitely call Donna again.

Don't look any further for an in home spa service. We travel throughout the US and have made in home treatments a regular part of our trips. Donna, with Helping Hands was without a doubt the best most professional company we have dealt with. From my initial contact with Donna through the end of our service everything was exceptional. The hot stone massage is a MUST. We will never have a different type of massage again . The massage table, linens and oils were top notch high quality. I broke my toe within 30 minutes after my massage and spent several hours in the ER. And I was still thoroughly relaxed and stress free for the rest of our trip. That's says a lot about Donna and her team! I would be happy to discuss our experience with anyone who would like more information. Just ask Donna for my information and contact me. Don't waste one more minute trying to decide what service to use. No one will come close to the service of Helping Hand.

I have been seeing Donna for over five years and can not say enough about her professionalism, energy, techniques and positive attitude. Donna always asks about areas of concern and shapes my massage to address any problems areas. Donna takes a real interest in providing the best possible service. She is terrific at spotting the muscles that need attention and are creating problems. I highly recommend Donna. Her company is by far the best in Scottsdale. Five Star all the way. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated.:) A set price per hour $75 then add on is $20 for each 15 m. segment. In-home visits, within 20 min add on +$20.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Brief phone interview to be sure we cover things like: location of service, contraindications, complaints/areas of focus, cancellation agreement, and answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certainly. Every 2 years we must renew our license with at least 24 credit hours. I general take several courses on line with a variety of topics and really enjoy at least one good weekend workshop that is a hands-on/technique class.
