- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual Cruises: $100 Plan To Go Fee is charged if you agree to utilize my services. Upon final payment, one-half will be applied to your balance. FIT, Individual trips, tours: $250 per family, plan to go fee is charged, upon agreement to utilize my services. Upon final payment, one half will be applied to your balance. Group Travel - Fee will be discussed based on group size and trip requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Initial Contact: Message me your requirements to determine the suitability of our services. 2) Discussion: I will analyze your specific needs and travel preferences through a detailed conversation. 3) Proposal Drafting: Based on our conversation, a unique itinerary will be developed, incorporating your feedback and preferences for a tailor-made travel experience. 4) Confirmation: Upon approval of the itinerary, administrative details will be handled, including agreements, invoicing, and payment schedules. Financing options can be made available if necessary. 5) Pre-Travel Preparation: A final comprehensive email, including all travel details and additional advice, will be sent 30 days prior to your trip. 6) Support & Follow-Up: 24/7 support will be available during your trip for emergencies or sudden needs. Post-travel, a follow-up will be conducted to gather your experiences and any photos you'd like to share.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal "training" for Travel Agency. I am both a CLIA and ASTA member, and do ongoing supplier trainings, to stay abreast of new requirements, promotions, and product releases.
