"Well, Jeremy has been my go-to for my air conditioner and heater since 2012, for my personal home and rental properties. I met him when I called the company I used to use and they sent him out. I was impressed with his up front and honest approach. He didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed, even showed me a few things I could myself to help my system run better. He was professional and not at all like the used car salesmen I was used to getting when my system was giving me trouble. He left a permanent impression on me, so much so that the next year when I called for service, I requested they only send him, they informed me he was no longer with them, and after a bit of prying, I found out he had opened his own business. A bit more digging and I found him! I had 2 more years left on my maintenance plan with my old company and I was more than happy to leave that and the other company behind. So Jeremy has been my go-to guy since 2012, but I have been an Air Repair customer since they opened. I know it sounds silly to essentially "hunt down" your AC guy, but its like when you find a good mechanic or handyman, once you have a good one you can trust, you want to keep them!
Not sure what else I can say. He and his crew have always been pleasant to work with. They have been taking care of my rental properties and personal home for years, and I wouldn't have it any other way. The prices are fair, not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but more than fair for the materials used, the customer service, their quickness, their reliability and the peace of mind I get knowing I'm dealing with actual tradesmen (and women) who are professionals... NOT sales people. One time I told one of the guys how different it was dealing with them than it was with other companies, making small talk as one does, anyhow, he told me its because they don't get paid by commission. They get a salary, but do get a little bonus or perk when a customer calls and says they were happy with the service they received, or if they went above and beyond to help someone. Cheating the customer by selling them repairs they don't need is grounds for automatic termination. He said it was one of the reasons he wanted to work for them, he went to school to learn how to fix things, not sell things, and I cant blame him! Imagine if all businesses ran this way? Well, I hope this has been helpful, give them a shot, you wont be disappointed."
