I would like to provide some constructive feedback and also thank this individual for showing up. He was the only one to respond to my husband and show up on time. I also know he is trying to build his business and can appreciate that type of grind. He worked hard doing what he could for our yard like trimming the bushes a little, removing a larger mini tree, and bagging up the debris. Still there were many things left undone such as unpicked weeds left in the back and especially the front yard, an untrimmed main tree (just needed a basic light trim), plus the 2 bags of debris and removed tree branch were left on the side of the house. It was late when he finished so I was unable to see the details in the dark (learning lesson for me). Finally, the yard did not receive any spray treatment for the weeds, which means they will surely grow right back. Helpful suggestion: It may help to shadow some professionals in your industry to get a feel of the flow of nurturing a yard from start to finish as a 1-person crew. My husband and I woke up and completed the work on the back yard (some weeds he probably could not see because it was dark) and the front yard (pretty much the entire front yard, minus the bushes). We had to pull the weeds, trim the main tree, blow the rocks clean, then gather and discard the debris. I do not mind hard work, so we got right to it, but my husband was confused and unhappy about the whole experience. I think this business has a lot of potential with a little bit of guidance and some pointers. It was a hard pill to swallow this morning, but We are wishing K. Judah Landscaping the best as they work to improve the quality of the outcomes for customers. Thank you!
