I have been working out with O'Neil fittness for years and I have always gotten the results I've wanted. I've worked with other trainers, but none motivated me like O'Neil fitness. Their knowledge on nutrition and health has really helped me to stay healthy.
Danny is great, he planned a nutrition and work out program for me that I can use any where I go whether it be my home or a hotel. Danny also gave me an inside work out plan and outside work out plan , so depending on the weather or how I feel, I can do either one! I love the freedom of not having to change my schedule and living a healthier life. I would strongly recommend using Coach Daleys programs to improve your quality of life.

Sierra has been a close friend of mine for a long time. We grew up together, but grew up and moved on to do different things in different parts of the world. One thing I knew about Sierra was that she was loyal and I would always be able to get a truthful answer out of her. I had a wonderful experience with Mitch as my physical fitness trainer. He instructed me on how to do certain exercises and then shared with me why I may be off balance... as he watched which muscles where doing the work. I learned why my back was hurting and also how important my nutrition really is...especially first thing in the morning. I realized I'm no longer that person who can eat anything I want and not have an intentional work out program. His heart is totally in his work and he gives you 100 percent of his attention while he is working with you. Thanks Mitch!
Although Sara is my sister, that does not make my review any less true. She is compassionate and kind and truly loves helping others. She is who I turn to for any nutrition based questions and who I call when I need advice on anything baby related (his lack of sleep, what to put on a diaper rash, etc). She is also the person who made me realize how important it is to combine yoga and stretching with my normal work out routine. Combining yoga with my weightlifting has helped tremendously with my severe neck pain I had from two roll over car accidents. I very rarely get neck/tension headaches anymore. I recommend her to anyone, especially those just starting on their journey because she is very good at providing guidance.

Gabriel has helped me build muscle and gain strength. He always believes in me far more than I do myself and motivates me to push harder. Tony helped me train for a fitness show by getting better muscle definition. He was a fabulous supporter and helped me with nutritional planning throughout my fitness show preparation. Over time as your achieve your goals ( mine were strength and overall conditioning after double knee replacement surgery).We have moved on to additional goals of weight loss and nutrition planning which we achieve by a combination of cardio kick boxing, daily boot camps ( the Saturday ones are special) and personal training sessions.
