FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I train clients at Tangible Fitness, prices are lower because I do semi private personal training (2 people at a time). Prices are $35 per 50 minutes session. One-on-one sessions are $65 per hour. If I travel to someone's home, the price does change as that is a completely different service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial sit down consult is usually how I begin working with a new client. New clients will fill out my health intake and lifestyle form. This gives me a full health history of that individual as well as dialogue for discussing objectives and goals. I also discuss how I train/coach individuals, to give them a better idea of the type of work that I do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My four year college degree is a business degree in Hospitality Management, however, I have an array of certificates from courses that I've taken over the years that pertain more specifically to that work that I do. This training and expertise are within exercise & movement, stretching & flexibility, nutritional modalities, and life coaching. My health and fitness background has a wide range; from rehab to general strength training, and having a background in crossfit coaching. Every year I keep up with continuing education credits as well.
