About
I have been involved in many aspects of health and fitness for years. First as a student, then a coach. I would be a great trainer for someone who is new to fitness but is genuinely interested in learning how to lift weights and various types of cardio and how to mix it up. I don't like alot of "jumping" and "bouncing" and "killer workouts." I am good for those want to work out outside (when the heat dies down some) AND for those who are interested in walking and running for their cardio and possibly some running drills...it will be FUN! Bring a friend!! I LOVE to work with people. So many people in the fitness industry have shared their knowledge and talents with me AND I have so much to give back to others like me.
