Training with Sophia has been great! I came into the experience with a long history of running and doing other forms of cardio, but I had never been comfortable enough with strength training and lifting weights. Sophia managed to change that for me by providing me with exercises tailored to my skill level. While Sophia pushed me during our sessions, she was also make any needed modifications or adjustments. After training with Sophia, I find that I am much more confident with adding strength training exercises to my cardio workouts and getting great results from it!
My experience with Brian was beyond amazing. I always struggled with certain goals I’ve had in regards to my weight and stubborn fat. When I was training with him I felt that I went down on weight, I was a lot stronger and had long endurance. He has definitely helped and guided me through my fitness journey.
