The service technician who came to work on the issue today was Usiel. He was extremely courteous and professional and wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers when he arrived and all during our conversation. He showed me a photo of the problem as the unit is on my roof and I could not get up there to see it for myself.He offered a couple of options for the repair and he completed the work in a very short time. As usual, a thorough job well done!
