Today Richard Davis did a great job performing our yearly furnace maintenance for the start of the winter season. The biggest take away was that Richard went out of his way to help with the remote setup of our thermostat which has been an issue since the day the new AC / Heating system was installed 4 years ago. Richard tried to set it up on my Samsung phone with no success and then tried to set it up on his iPhone, again no success. I told him this has happened ever since system installed and the other technicians had the same problem. The only difference is Richard made the decision to make a warranty claim to get a new thermostat and come back to install it so all things work the way it should. Thanks Richard for going out of your make to make things right when others didn't even think it was a problem, much appreciated, thanks Russ
