The job was hauling off a big pile of broken-up concrete. Johnny and his assistant quickly loaded the pile into their truck and carefully raked up the little pieces. The whole process took 30 min. Great service for a low price!
Rob and his team did an excellent job cleaning my house after moving out. They did a thorough job and did not put a 2 hour time limit on cleaning like most other cleaning companies. I would definitely recommend them for move out cleaning.
We had to have some brick areas, on our back patio, tore up and re-leveled with a new border. Rick and Daniel (The Mason) did an excellent job and completed it a week ahead of the time frame. I will relay to family and friends that Transformers Landscaping are professional, know what they are doing, wonderful to communicate with, and go beyond in providing a great job done! Manny & Patti Amado
Had a relatively small drywall texturing job after diy install and terrible yours truly diy texturing. Fixing partial diy wasn't an issue, the bid was the best of all bids received, and timing and professionalism were great throughout. Would recommend to anyone.
Mr Silva has been providing quality professional and timely service in the Tucson area. He has been providing construction, remodeling, drywall, painting and concrete services for the past 30 years. I personally recommend and continue to recommend him to all my friends and neighbors needing these type of services. He just recently provided painting services to my foothills neighborhood and I received thanks for recommending him.
Hired Az Custom Landscapes to add additional bricks to a brickwall fence. The contractor's skill was excellent and his job was perfect. The contractor even took the additional step to work from my neighbor's yard to ensure that the work was properly done. The price was affordable and I highly recommend this contractor. I plan to use him in the future. G.M.A.
I have a large back yard area that Blue Mountain put pavers on. The workers were fantastic! They arrived on time everyday, ready to work. In addition to the pavers they repaired part of my concrete barrier wall, repositioned a pool fence, and created a drainage system to keep rain away from the house, and planted 2 new tree's for me. I have a large, heavy wooden shed on the property. They levered it up, put logs under it and moved it to a new location. After paving where it had been sitting I decided I'd like it moved back to where it came from. There was no problem with it at all. They work quickly & clean up as they go. I will definitely be hiring them again for other projects. I did ask for a special design element in the paving stones and while it wasn't exactly what I wanted, it was pretty much what I explained to the man laying the stones. We just had different ideas about what a BIG spiral would look like. I'm happy with what he did, just wish it was bigger. The price's were fair and reasonable, the quality is outstanding and the workers very professional. What more could you ask for? Bravo gentlemen.
A microburst of wind blew approximately 30% of the roof off my mothers house. The wind was so strong it peeled the roof off from the front of the house to rear, and as the material peeled back it even moved the cooler, taking out a ventilation pipe as well. My mom contacted her insurance company and they sent out a contractor to estimate the cost to repair the roof. Much to our surprise, the quoted price to repair the roof by this company, which shall remain anonymous, was several thousand dollars; perhaps the price we imagined it would be to do the entire roof. This price seemed quite exorbitant to repair just a portion of the roof, so we decided to get a couple other quotes on our own. To say the least, this company was very underhanded in their dealings. The contractor actually contacted the insurance company and told them that we had already signed a contract for them to do the work. This was obviously an attempt to get the insurance company committed, and it almost worked. The insurance company sent a check with the contractors name, which had to be canceled as we were not going to get a partial repair at such a high cost. As you can imagine, this was a very stressful time for my mother and I because if any rains came, water would have easily gotten into the house causing further damage. I decided to search for reputable companies that could be trusted and I found Pro Star Construction, owed by Octavio Vasquez. Through my thorough search on the internet, I found many glowing reviews for the Octavio Vasquez which put me at ease. I contacted Octavio and he came out to survey the damage and spoke with my mother in person while I was at work. Although all of the positive reviews I read on Octavio and Pro Star Construction had put me at ease, I was still quite surprised when I spoke to my mother about her experience speaking with Octavio in person. My mother, who is a pretty good judge of a persons character, said that he was very informative about what the roof actually needed, what he would be doing if we went with him, how long it would take, etc. He was just very informative about the entire process and we actually learned a bit about roofing just from speaking with him; for example, the pros and cons of oil based versus water based reflective coatings. Octavio presented 3 detailed quotes: One for just repairing the damaged area, another for repairing the damaged area and maintenance (reflective coat on undamaged portion), and a quote to redo the entire roof. Octavios quote to repair the entire roof was only about $700.00 more than the shady contractor wanted for repairing just the damaged area, which was only about 25-30% of the roof! We decided to have Octavio do the entire roof because of the great pricing and because it had been about 20 years since the last roof was put on. To put it into perspective how competitive on pricing Octavios company is, we did have another quote by another highly rated company, and their quote was over $2,000.00 higher to do the entire roof. Additionally, Octavio displayed his integrity on several occasions because he had many opportunities to do work which was not necessary and he flat out told us it did not need to be done. For example, the house is in need of a paint job and the paint has peeled off of the fascia- wood at the edges of the roof in many areas. This wood looks bad in some areas, and to a person with limited knowledge, it would appear that this wood should be replaced, but Octavio said that it just needs to be prepped and painted, and replacement was not necessary. Can you imagine how many contractors would have been chomping at the bit to do this extra work? Octavio (Pro Star Construction) is a throwback to a time long passed. At time where contractors and other businesses were not just in it to win it and rip people off by overcharging and doing work thats not needed. If you need your roof done, or any other type of work (Octavio does other work as well), I highly recommend you contact Pro Star Construction. I know whenever we need other work done; Octavio will be getting a call from us.
He can do anything! He fixed a pocket door that no one else would touch. He sanded and patched some rough exterior wood and painted it to look new. They painted exterior block walls. Very high standard of quality and customer satisfaction. We are very happy with Robin and Ray's work.
I had my driveway and patio concrete stained by Eric and it looks amazing! He was very professional and efficient. He showed up on time and the concrete looked better than I had expected. My patio had areas of discoloration due to mesquite trees and he assured me that the stain would still look good in those areas and he was right! I'm so happy with the finished project! Eric was wonderful and I would definitely recommend him!
Jimmy’s first response and initial inspection were so professional and confidence inspiring it left no doubt that he was the man for my needs. He did not disappoint me, kept in contact, performed an excellent concrete replacement and left the site better than he found it. He will get my call for any future project in my home needs.
I requested a bid from Jon. He showed up promptly, and listened and took notes on what I was requesting to be done. He followed up within 24 hours with a detailed bid explaining everything that was to be done, at a very fair price. Jon and his crew arrived promptly on a daily basis. They were the most courtious, polite team of professionals I have dealt with in over 30 years. The job was done to perfection, and on time. The crew cleaned up the entire worksite after completion. There is no question, I will continue to hire Jon and his company, Blood Sweat and Tears Concrete on all further jobs in the future.
I had a very difficult driveway concrete project. I give Marc and his crew an A+. They were there on time and worked extremely hard. Marc Williams has a great work ethic and takes pride in his work. I could not recommend him more. Will definitely call them for my next project
Mr. Brewer has been very responsive, came out the same day and is now in the process of repairing my roof. I also gave him the repair of the damaged walls and ceiling...He works with the insurance company and so far i am very happy.
Josh poured a small concrete bad for us so we could install a new set of mailboxes. He was very prompt to respond, came out and gave us a bid and did the job quickly and professionally. We will definitely use him again!
They have been very helpful in mentoring our new company. We have used their business model for our customer care program. They also have provided landscape services for us.We look forward to working with them again and again. Customer Care Sue
Brad worked hard to make sure he met the needs of our small (but important to us) project. There was a small communication challenge but we got it fixed.
Williams construction built a block wall, extended our porch with pavers, installed new gutters, 2 cisterns, and repaired a wrought iron gate. The price to do all of this work was very reasonable. Much less than another bid.
I loved the work they did for me. They poured my driveway about 1500 square feet and added color. All workers were friendly and professional. I would recommend them for anybody that needs concrete done.
Hi I do concrete works and I dig footing, columns, trenches, etc. I also grade all kinds of land and backfield.
