Linda W. says, "We appreciated Aram's quick response same day and he was able to change his schedule for the following day to fit us in as we had a major water leak under our driveway. He brought another worker with him to do the work which required cutting thru brick and cement driveway and digging a deep trench. The plan was to connect a new pipe the next day but accidentally cut the old pipe requiring the new pipe to be placed after going to the store to buy materials and left around 5 pm. Next day only Aram came back to clean up and had exhausting work of putting the brick back in place and filling in dirt. Not happy that we still will need to hire someone to replace the broken bricks and repair the driveway but that is not their specialty and the contract did say they do not do landscape or concrete work. The plumbing job was finished basically the next day after our request and felt that was done well."See more
