- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices vary as materials can be held up or fluctuate over night. Some materials are a special order where some are in abundance. All of that plays a factor in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a feel for style the customer is after and offer advice if asked. I send a a quote, scope of work with timelines and detailed paper trail that updates real time as we add details and photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out build homes for habitat for humanity as a volunteer to learn how to use common tools. I grew a love for carpentry and sought a career in it. My journey started in 2003. Although I have not consecutively worked in the field since 2003. I jumped back in full time 2011.
