I highly recommend Eric Sandova/Santa Cruz Remodeling and Construction. Mr. Sandoval completed several projects recently on my mobile home in Picture Rocks. I chose Eric from a list of in-the-same range estimates for several reasons: 1. Exceptional communication (Eric asked clarifying questions before and checked in frequently during the projects). 2. Design and problem solving: just, wow. 3. Professionalism: everything was planned for and completed with care, proper materials and expert workmanship. 4. Patience: My timeline was tight, and Eric did everything possible to make things ready quickly.
The projects themselves: 1. Wooden steps for a low deck with a custom wrought iron stair rail for them that Eric designed and made onsite from materials in his well-stocked, well-equipped work-trailer. 2. Re-designing and re-installing a second, below-code steel handrail elsewhere on the deck. 3. Installing a complete jamb replacement for the back door entry. 4. Paneling a framed but unenclosed dishwasher cabinet. 5. Mending several areas of woodpecker damage on the outside wall siding. (He also fixed some fencing I was attempting to mend and did right in five minutes what I’d been messing around with for two hours). I could not be happier with the process and results.

Santa Cruz Remodeling was a pleasure to work with! we wanted to replace our kitchen without removing the extremely heavy countertops for fear of breaking them at the seams, so Erick ,the owner, was able to find a solution by securing the tops in place while still removing the old cabinets. SCR was always on time or early , they communicated throughout the entire process ,and escalated any issues before hand to give us ample time to make a decision. If there were any changes that would impact our cost, they provided multiple solutions as well as recommendations for deals and places we could support local business. They were able to relocate the receptacles for power, added under cabinet lighting ,installed our new updated appliances and touched up all of the drywall and surrounding areas to match paint. Overall our experience was stress free, done to the highest standards and completed in a very timely manner.
