Jennifer Kmet with Stage Tucson is my Go To company for Home Staging. After my first time working with Jennifer a few years ago, I decided that she would consult with ALL of my listings. Jennifer staged a home for me, which I had previously listed for 75 days with no offers. The week after the staging, we had an offer very close to asking price and we closed shortly after that. I know it's all because of Jennifer's vision of the home, her eye for color/detail/furniture placement and for setting a warm and inviting space that buyers to want to live in.
Jennifer is terrific with accessory/home decor staging as well as staging a home with multiple rooms of designer furniture. She works with every budget and can really put the finishing touches on a property to make it show its best and sell quickly, for more money.
Jennifer has also worked with my sellers to simply rearrange furniture and give them a Listing To Do list (for example-cleaning out closets, putting personal items away, etc) which can make the home more appealing and results in a faster sale.
