- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat-rate. No surprises. No overages. We won't change the cost of your move halfway through the job. We won't leave half the work undone. We offer this fixed-rate pricing to protect the customer from the overages that are so common in the moving industry. We guarantee that you will pay the quoted price and not a penny more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a local Move Manager that works personally with the customer as the sole point-of-contact with the customer. Your Move Manager will coordinate the move, let you know an ETA for the crew, and help you with any customer service or claims issues.
