Introduction: Are you interested in improved health, weight loss, more energy, and simply feeling better about your body and your life? I offer holistic health coaching programs tailored to suit your goals and needs, along with massage (therapeutic, relaxation, and prenatal or postpartum) and aquatic massage therapy. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame where I focused on peace and conflict issues. In my coaching and bodywork, I apply my knowledge and personal experience to support you in reducing your inner conflicts with regard to food, health, and body image, through developing a different awareness and relationship to your body and experience. I also share with you information and personalized recommendations that will naturally transform and shift your habits, creating a lasting change. Through my increased body awareness and guidance sessions, you will weaken your grip on unhealthy habits that keep you feeling powerless against them. I am a licensed massage therapist with certifications in prenatal or postpartum massage and aquatic massage. Bodywork (massage or aquatic therapy) is an excellent way to get in tune with your body, while reducing stress, detoxifying, healing injuries, letting go of physical tension, and recalibrating the nervous system. Aquatic massage is done while you are submerged in warm water. It is an excellent way to amplify the effects of massage. My clients appreciate the extent of my knowledge and my compassionate, intuitive discussions that are the foundation of my programs and work. They also love the support I give in empowering them to take back their health, wellness, and lives.
