Nicole has the kind of energy that makes me excited to organize the disaster that my apartment has turned into over the past six months. I’m going to repeat that in case it didn’t sink in the first time. Nicole made me EXCITED. To CLEAN STUFF. She was incredibly sensitive about the relationship some people have to their possessions (I am not someone who has a difficult time getting rid of things, but I am close with many people who are. Nicole’s gentle way of assessing how difficult it might be for me to part with some of the stuff that has somehow piled its way into my space gave me a lot of confidence in recommending her to people who struggle with compulsive acquiring and/or an inability to part with things they have no use for. My main struggle was not knowing where to start, and we collaboratively started on my home office (I’m a telehealth therapist, so that space is important to me). There were some suggestions that were so simple that I was like…”How have I not done that?” And other ideas that were f***ing brilliant. She has already planted seeds for how other spaces can be used more effectively without spending any money, which again, I am EXCITED about. I guess that doesn’t sound as amazing if you don’t know how many antidepressants I’m currently on. …….four. And that’s JUST the antidepressants. There are also a slew of anti-anxiety and pain meds (not the fun kind, for either). TL;DR— I am not easily excited these days. And if it wasn’t clear from all that, her rates are accessible for people who turn their thermostats completely off this time of year, counting on the heat of the sun to last long enough to allow us to not freeze to death at night. I plan to hire Nicole in three-hour increments (because it is still exhausting 😅) until this entire space basically looks staged for Poor People with Fancy-Looking Apartments Magazine. Which I will obviously have to start publishing.

Wow! Why did I wait so long to push the button to connect with Nicole?! My home organization projects, which had been on pause for 6-9 months for health reasons, vanished within hours. I'm ready for a yard sale, donation drop-off, and can show off my home next week to my guests.

Nice was SUPER helpful in helping me organize!! She has a very positive attitude and knows what she's doing! She made the process FUN! I'm low-key a hoarder, and she has really helped me. I need several more visits, but she's great! We found floor in 1 room!! I'm very happy and going to use her again, and again, and again....lol.

Nicole is very detail oriented. I asked her to do a job and she did it better and more completely than I could have ever expected. That was cleaning in our guest bathroom. She cleaned and cleared out an area with lots of old papers and art supplies. She very correctly separated into different stacks with different objectives for each stack. Again, she worked efficiently for our great benefit. We have been so pleased with her work ethic and effectiveness that we have asked her, for the second year in a row, to attend to our home while we are gone for the summer. She addresses any and all issues quickly and efficiently and if she has any question about what we would prefer, she contacts us , then follows our wishes. I highly recommend her as a very professional and responsible contractor.
