- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is always honest, I offer a flat hourly wage and also offer a bid price in order to give my customers a flexible choice. If we can at anytime help my customer to save money, all discounts I receive on material is passed on to all my customers. If project encounters an unexpected surprise and will advise customer before proceeding. I aim to earn your business and give you honest quality services always. If cost is an issue I may be able to offer flexible payments if the job applies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like to give my customers a visual outlook when preparing for any project. To make things easier for the customer I can handle the whole work load of the project from material pickup and provide my tools and knowledge to offer the best way to complete the project in a timley professional manner. We prep and if need be mask off areas of work if the job calls for it. Always respectful, clean and professional services. If the job encounters an unexpected change, will advise customer before proceeding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working for MasterLink Corp in 2003 as a project manager, supervising and coordinating all aspects of planning the project plans and hands on. In 2010 i moved from Mesa to Sahuarita to a open my business and provide construction services. My father instilled in me the value of someone's word and to always honor it. Worked also in banking, marketing & sales for the economic side of the industry and took on construction trades to be able to offer quality hands on experience and schooling achievements in different trades.
