Every D&H tech servicing our home was friendly, communicated well, and was knowledgeable in their area of expertise.Today, Chuck came out to provide our yearly AC service and, once again, I felt confident in his thorough explanations (with pictures on his iPad of my unit) and grateful when he answered my questions clearly, in a way I understood.Our AC unit is 13 years old and needs some work, but I never felt pressured into needing to make a decision now regarding the repairs needed versus purchasing a new unit. Chuck even explained which repairs needed priority and which could wait for a future date.Additionally, he did not mention that I might want to consider a new unit, until I brought the matter up.
