We had a car fire in our driveway and were flying out of town the next day. PuroClean came and started clean up when the fire dept. pulled away.They had to remove insulation from garage ceiling and secure damaged garage door. Next day they removed garage door, put up wood framing to secure the house before we flew away. They went to work cleaning debris, smoke and soot from house garage and driveway. They documented everything throughly for our insurance company which was no easy task. They took everything from our garage, sent to storage, cleaned, repainted garage and returned everything from storage.PuroClean's work was all done in a professional manner. Louis and his team followed up every detail with us and the insurance company.I would highly recommend PuroClean services for any cleaning or mitigation needs you might have.Thank You for getting our home back to normal.Ray and Linda

Water damage (due to broken water pipe) in mother's house while she was at an assisted living facility. ProClean quickly responded to urgent water mitigation request. Worked very quickly, diligently, and professionally. Also, very patient to receive payment for work done. Insurance company was very, very slow and unresponsive in paying for policy covered reimbursement for ProClean mitigation services. ProClean started mitigation work within 8 hours of being notified and completed work over several days. Insurance company took 5 months to pay. Now working with ProClean to repair interior physical damage. Mother has full coverage for repair. Request into insurance company over one month ago. No response from insurance company. ProClean has been excellent, insurance company has been very lacking.

I live in Green Valley, AZ. I called three other emergency plumbing responders, and Luis was the only one picked up the phone. He responded to my backup emergency immediately, at like 5 AM, from Tucson.He arrived about an hour later, given the distance, and began to assess the situation. Over the course of 4 weeks, Luis arrived on time, every time except one day, where he was late TWICE, promised to arrive a bit later, and then was late again. (No phone calls, just late, twice.)After the service was completed, he informed me that he damaged my hardwood bedframe. (Kudos for being honest, but my bedframe is still damaged. Also, it wasn't put together correctly, and "creaked" when there was activity, whereas before the bed was absolutely solid and silent. I had to take part my king-sized bedframe, and put it together again, in order to make it silent as it was before.)I had another object of furniture that was scratched after being returned.As far as response time, and vigilance, PuroClean was the quickest of all I had called, being the only entity to answer when I needed the service. As far as "care and vigilance" of my furniture, not too impressed.Still, that said, I would call this company again if I had another emergency. Not all that concerned about the Danes and blemishes on my furniture; was more concerned about getting the water out of my home and in this regard PuroClean was first class.
