How do we perform in achieving budget and schedule requirements on projects? LPC Construction has always successfully constructed projects with a high regard for owner budget and schedule constraints. This is evidenced by the fact that every project undertaken since inception has been completed for a minimum of one week ahead of schedule with the majority of the projects finishing at least a month ahead of schedule. Project managers use Microsoft Project to outline project scheduling and utilize these schedules in weekly meetings with subs and suppliers as well as owner meetings to assure all parties involved are ready for each phase of the project as it approaches. Job scheduling is a huge priority to project managers and superintendents.
