Access Yoga

Introduction: At Access Yoga, we believe that people don’t need to fit a particular mold or have a certain level of ability to participate in our community. For us, yoga isn’t about having the right outfit to wear, or being the most flexible person in the room. It’s about uncovering something new within yourself every time you come to the mat. It’s about getting into your body and moving in ways that feel good and intuitive, whatever form that might take. It’s about engaging more authentically with the world around us, creating richer experiences, and finding a deeper sense of fulfillment in our lives outside of our practice. It’s about learning to live right here and now and staying present for all the moments that come next. So come as you are, because there’s no other way you need to be.
