Introduction
I’m always focused on helping my clients reach their goals whether it’s weight loss, strength and conditioning, corrective exercise or nutritional advice. I make the experience enjoyable and build long lasting relationships with my clients. I have been personal training for over 10 years and truly love helping people reach their goals. I train in private studios in the South End and in Newton. If your building has a gym, I can also come to you if my schedule allows.
