FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My planning fee is a flat rate based on the length and complexity of your trip. It typically ranges from $275 for short getaways to $450+ for longer or more involved itineraries (such as cruises or multi-city trbips). This includes: ✔ Personalized day-by-day itinerary design ✔ Booking support for travel, accommodations, and excursions ✔ A beautifully formatted PDF itinerary with integrated maps and links ✔ 1:1 collaboration and background support during your trip You’ll receive the same pricing as booking directly—with the added value of personalized planning, exclusive perks (where available), and a seamless experience start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every trip begins with curiosity—and a conversation. Here’s what working with Voyesse looks like: 1. Inquiry & Intake Form Once you reach out, I’ll send you a short form to learn more about your travel style, preferences, budget, and goals. 2. Proposal & Planning Fee Based on your needs, I’ll send a custom planning quote. Once approved and the fee is paid, I get to work. 3. Itinerary Design I curate your day-by-day itinerary, selecting experiences, restaurants, transportation, and lodging that align with your vision. I handle bookings where requested (through my trusted agency platform). 4. Review & Finalization You’ll receive a beautifully formatted PDF itinerary, complete with timing, integrated maps, links, and confirmation details. One round of edits is included if adjustments are needed. 5. Travel Support Should any hiccups arise while you’re traveling, I provide background support via email or text for peace of mind. This process is highly collaborative, and intentionally low-stress. You’ll be involved just enough to feel excited—but not overwhelmed. You bring the destination. I bring the orchestration.
