At Dynamic Homez LLC, our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the actual scope of work. Every project is different, so we provide detailed written estimates that outline materials, labor, and timelines before starting. We don’t believe in hidden fees or surprise charges — everything is discussed upfront. We also work with different budgets and can recommend cost-saving options without cutting corners on quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start every project with a free initial consultation to understand your goals, design ideas, and budget. From there, we schedule an on-site visit to take measurements and discuss details. After that, we provide a clear written estimate and project timeline. Once approved, we handle all permitting, scheduling, and construction, keeping you updated at every step until completion. Our goal is to make the process smooth, organized, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed KB-2 General Contractor in Arizona with years of hands-on experience in residential and small commercial construction. I’ve personally built multiple homes from the ground up and completed remodels, ADUs, and tenant improvements across the Valley. My background includes training in structural framing, electrical and plumbing coordination, project management, and code compliance ensuring every job meets professional standards.
