- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flexible pricing based on session type (1:1, small group, or mobile/in-home training). New clients receive discounted intro rates, and package bundles are available for ongoing training. Mobile/in-home sessions may include a small travel fee depending on location. I’m always transparent about pricing upfront—no surprises, just clear options that fit your goals and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation about your goals, training history, any limitations, and what “success” looks like for you. From there, we do an intro session where I assess movement patterns, form, and baseline strength. Then we build a personalized plan that fits your schedule and lifestyle. Every client gets ongoing support, progress tracking, and adjustments as you grow stronger and more confident.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer with a specialty focus on women’s strength training, functional fitness, and body recomposition. I stay up to date with current training methods, mobility work, nutrition fundamentals, and safe lifting techniques. I also have hands-on experience transforming my own health and strength over the last five years—giving me both the technical knowledge and the real-life empathy to guide clients through their journey.
