We worked with Gathered Softly Co. for a baby boy shower using a “Modern Little Explorer” theme with soft neutrals, muted blues, and natural textures. What stood out immediately was their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring throughout the entire process, which made planning feel effortless.
The setup was executed on schedule and with precision, and the final result looked thoughtfully curated rather than overdone. Every element felt intentional and cohesive, and the space was transformed beautifully without feeling cluttered. You could tell a lot of care and experience went into both the planning and execution.
Guests continuously complimented the décor and overall flow of the event, and several asked for the vendor’s information. It’s rare to find a company that balances creativity with such a high level of professionalism, but Gathered Softly Co. does exactly that.
