- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer package discounts for clients who commit to multiple sessions, as well as reduced rates for couples or family training sessions. These options help you save while staying consistent with your fitness and wellness goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief onboarding call to learn about your goals, health history, and training preferences. From there, we decide whether virtual sessions or in‑person training at my community gym is the best fit for your needs. I then create a personalized plan and guide you step‑by‑step so you feel supported and confident from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in exercise science & nutrition, and I’m a certified health coach. I also completed advanced training through the U.S. Army, where I worked with diverse populations, including seniors, beginners, pregnant and postpartum clients, and injured soldiers. My background allows me to design safe, effective, and personalized fitness and wellness programs for all ages and abilities.
