I working with Brian about 7 years ago. My main reason for starting up with him was because I wanted to lose weight and tone up. Not only did Brian assist with getting me into great shape, but he was able to use his extensive knowledge of the muscle skeletal system, which aided in healing my shoulder pain and frozen shoulder, and forward head posture. There were times that I had a migraine and Brian did some work on my neck and head to relieve my migraines! He even showed me exercises to help me repair the muscles that were cut in my lower abdomen during my c-section 5 years ago! It is an absolute pleasure working with Brian. He is always very professional and his knowledge of the human body is far superior to any other coach that Ive worked with in the past!

I was struggling with my quality of life due to back pain and an issue with my Meniscus. Brian's ability to assess my situation and then develop a program that was customized to my needs was just phenomenal!He was able to teach me the proper way to stretch, do self message and work out. He gave me the tools to help me feel better, be fit and eat right. .Prior to seeing Brian I was unable to golf without pain for 8 years. Now, after 2 years, I have not had any pain since. My Meniscus pain is no longer an issue (and a Doctor wanted me to have surgery). I can golf, garden, go hiking and enjoy all the things I like. Plus I have this knowledge he has passed on to me that helps me maintain my well being.I'm 61 years old. I've never done a review of "anything" in my life...LOL. However, I feel like I have a new lease on life and I can't help but thank Brian for what he has done. If you think you need some help...this is the person to see. .

As a dedicated, multi-decade couch potato, I finally decided that to continue to live a full and happy life I had to start getting some exercise and deal with a bad shoulder which had just about taken my right arm completely out of action. It looked like surgery was on the horizon. Signing up with some ambivalence, I thought Id give Brian a try. Best decision ever! My shoulder and arm are now 100% due to Brians hard work, tenacity, patience and terrific bio-mechanical knowledge. I am stronger all over, have better balance and feel positive and proud. If you think you need to get going, this is the best guy youll find.

Brian has helped me w/my flexibility. After 4 back sugeries, including a significant fusion I am now able to bend and recover from potential falls. The initial goal was increase leg strength by 10%then hopefully another 10%. Good on the 1st 10.working hard on the 2nd. Careful diet & exercise - stretching w/bands & tubes are a daily ritual

I've worked with Brian for over a year, and I've been very happy with his guidance. He is very knowledgeable, and does a good job of adding variety to the training program. He adapts his programs to suit your individual needs, and can tread the fine line of pushing you to your highest potential without pushing you too hard. Whenever I've encountered pain in a given exercise, he is able to make appropriate accommodations, and then works to actually resolve the root cause of the pain.
