I met Charles a few years ago after looking for someone to get me to the next level of fitness. I was currently playing rugby and thought I was in great shape. After a few talks with him, he said that he could give me the guidance and knowledge to get me to the next level. Right before I was about to start with him, I tore my ACL. I thought I could never return to sports. I reached out to Charles and told him that I wanted to play rugby again and get back to 100%. Boy did he deliver. I became stronger and faster than I have ever been, even while active duty with the military. He was able to fix my weaknesses in form and turn them into strong functional form. I could not have reached the next tier of my fitness journey without his guidance. I can not recommend him enough!

Charles is a passionate trainer who has much to offer both the veteran athlete and those who are just beginning their health and fitness journey. Charles is never satisfied with offering his clients the same old thing. He is committed to learning and researching the latest and greatest to continually provide the highest quality training experiences. I started working with Charles as a veteran athlete who already knew what to do in the gym, but I had resigned myself as being past my prime. Charles proved me wrong and helped me reach goals I never knew I had. He challenged me to face difficult truths about my mindset that had always held me back. He helped me find my why and taught me that its normal for your why to change over time. Hiring Charles as my personal trainer is one of the best decisions Ive made regarding my health! Im active but approaching 60 and wanted to increase my lean muscle while reducing my body fat. I was working with Charles twice a week and now have moved to 3 times a week because the results have been incredible! He even coached me after a ski accident I had in January where I ruptured my ACL off my femur. The surgeon and physical therapist couldnt believe how quickly Im recovering. So far, Ive reduced my total body fat, increased my lean muscle, fitting comfortably into a size 2 again and best news yet no more Osteoporosis! My DEXA scan came back in the positive after declining in the negative for the past 4 years! Didnt think that was possible, but Im a true believer now. Happy to talk with anyone who has questions.

Before signing up Charles as my personal trainer, we sat down and discussed my goals, what triggered the need for a trainer and previous injuries. I felt heard during this initial visit and he continues to keep me on my path.Charles has an amazing knowledge of human musculature system. He met me at my initial abilities and built a specific program. During each session he pushes me just a bit out of my comfort zone, which feels good.Thru Charles knowledge on nutrition, he has helped me set up a healthier eating pattern, by tracking my food intake then making suggestions that compliment my age and lifestyle.In the 3 months I have been training with Charles, I feel stronger, my endurance and energy levels have improved remarkably and I am sleeping so much better. Doing this has made me a much happier person, this is a called self love!
