- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the level of planning and services your trip requires. Many hotel and travel bookings do not require an additional booking fee from the traveler, while more customized or complex itinerary planning may involve a planning fee. Any applicable fees will always be discussed upfront before we begin, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your trip, including your destination ideas, dates, number of travelers, budget, travel style, and must-have experiences. If you haven’t chosen a destination yet, I can help narrow down your options. From there, I research and recommend options that fit your needs and can assist with accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other trip details. Once you’re happy with the plan, I help move the trip toward booking and remain available throughout the planning process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified travel advisor with Fora and have completed travel-industry training focused on destination research, accommodations, trip planning, and creating personalized travel experiences. I also bring extensive firsthand international travel experience, which helps me provide practical recommendations based on both professional resources and real-world experience.
