- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The one thing I do not hide is that I will charge 15% on top of time and material for overhead costs. This is included on materials that I provide and on the overall estimate. Any work that is additional from what was agreed upon will have a change order associated with it. If something was broken due to obvious signs of age or neglect, a change order will be discussed if you would like it to be repaired at the time of discovery. Depending on the size of the project, I will request a percentage of the invoice to be paid in advance to obtain any needed materials and lock in your commitment to my services. *All change orders will need to be paid prior to the work being completed*
