- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is custom and based on what the clients need and the amount of work that will go into staging and or pre-sale home preparation. On average, the client can expect to pay between $2.50 to $4.00 per square foot for home staging. Pre-sale home preparation pricing can be as simple as a consultation fee between $250 to $400.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team will come and assess the home to gather the clients timeline for listing the home on the market, we will gather some visual notes, including photos and a 3-D scan of the home and provide a quote within 24 to 48 hours for home staging. Once the quote is approved we will send a contract to be signed and a timeline for completion, which is typically 2 to 3 days to stage the home from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AS degree as an interior designer, I am a certified kitchen and Bath designer and my two team members also have the same degrees and certificates.
